On February 25, 2010, the duo of producer Beewirks and lyricist D. Schwartz released their debut as D-Wirks with "Foot On The Gas". Previously teased by the Intro and self-titled tracks, the "EP" ended up with 11 songs in total, clocking in at over 37 minutes. Originally it was intended to be a concept album, as evidenced by storytelling on tracks like "Training Day" and "Outro", but the finished product included varying styles, including an introspective look back on D's experiences with hip-hop and the music industry with "Goin Thru Hip Hop".
Today marks the third anniversary of Foot On The Gas, and we're celebrating by making this free release available once again for those who never got a chance to listen, or for those who want to hear it again.
